Aditya Birla Capital Sports Scholarship for Women
Scholarship and high-performance development for young women athletes across five sports.
ABCSSW is a dedicated initiative to advance India's standing as a sporting nation by empowering young women athletes through early talent identification, scientific training, and structured high-performance support.
In FY 2025–26, the programme supported 10 female athletes across Athletics, Badminton, Boxing, Fencing, and Table Tennis. The cohort secured 19 medals: 12 international, including 8 gold, and 7 national, including 5 gold.
Sustaining that performance required 386 targeted interventions across the year, including 93 sessions of physiotherapy and strength & conditioning alone.

Treesa Jolly — Badminton
The story: Returning to high-level competition after a five-month break, while carrying the pressure of defending a major international title.
The GSF impact: GoSports facilitated a timely mentorship session with Suhas L. Yathiraj, helping Treesa regain confidence and mental clarity ahead of the finals.
The result: Treesa and her partner successfully defended their title at the Syed Modi International — the first successful title defence in that category in the tournament's 17-year history.
