The story: Technical and structural challenges around body awareness, recovery, and stroke mechanics limited his progression, with limited access to specialised coaching.

The GSF impact: PCP supported a high-performance training stint at Loughborough University, plus remote strength and conditioning support, improving his technique and race readiness.

The result: Qualified for the World Championships, won three gold medals at the National Para Swimming Championships, and moved from World Rank 14 to 10 in the 100m backstroke.
