UBHAR Programme
Junior-to-senior transition and academy strengthening for Olympic and Para sports, supported by Tata Trusts.
The UBHAR Programme is focused on strengthening India's high-performance sports ecosystem by supporting young athletes as they transition from junior to senior competition, with structured, long-term support across training, sports science, and competition exposure.
Alongside athlete development, UBHAR works closely with academies to strengthen infrastructure, systems, and institutional capacity across sports including boxing, gymnastics, kho kho, kabaddi, archery, and athletics.
In FY 2025–26, from over 650 athlete applications, 13 athletes were selected across international, national, and state levels, while two academies — Bhoir Gymkhana and Eklavya Krida Mandal — were onboarded after detailed due diligence.
